In addition to your statutory rights, we are happy to accept a return of your items within 30 days of the date on your receipt. All items must be in unworn and original condition. All packaging and labels must be returned, including the branded shoebox, which should be unaltered and not marked in any way.

How to return your Online FULL PRICE or SALE purchase via post to the Online Store:
You are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend registered post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We must receive your return within 30 days of the date on your receipt.
Please note that you can only request an exchange for a different size. For sale items, you can request a store credit if your preferred size is unavailable. If you require a different style or colour, you must place a new order for that item.
For Online size exchanges, we will post your new item(s) with complimentary shipping. If your requested size is unavailable when your return is processed, we will issue a refund or a store credit, depending if your returned item was Full Price or Sale (refer to our Returns Policy).
Returns are processed within 3 business days of us receiving your parcel. Please allow some additional time during high-volume periods.
Refund and Exchange values are subject to re-calculation if you purchased multiple items within a multi-buy promotion or VIP reward, and later return an item. This voids the promotion as the Terms + Conditions are no longer met.

Returning your Online FULL PRICE or SALE purchase in a Naturalizer Retail Store:
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date on your receipt.
As proof of purchase, please present your email receipt, or your packing slip which was received in your delivery.
Online purchases made via ZipPay and Afterpay can be refunded / exchanged in store or online.
Please provide your Naturalizer receipt when requesting a refund / exchange.
RETURNS POLICY FOR STORE PURCHASES
Naturalizer is happy to refund, exchange, or issue a credit note for goods returned in original condition, and on presentation of a store receipt within 7 days:
Sale and sample items are final, and cannot be returned unless faulty, not fit for purpose, or differ from the description.
If the Naturalizer product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or differs from the description, the item will be accepted within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to repair where applicable, within a reasonable time.
You can return your eligible items to any Naturalizer retail store for an exchange, gift card or refund, as per our Returns Policy. You cannot return your purchase to Naturalizer Online or third party stockists.
Naturalizer purchases made from The Iconic can only be returned to The Iconic and are subject to the returns policy of their website.
Naturalizer purchases made at a third party stockist can only be returned back to the same stockist, and are subject to the returns policy of the store.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for Naturalizer purchases made outside of Australia. We run as a separate entity to our counterpart in the USA. If you have purchased from www.naturalizer.com or in an international retail store, please contact Customer Service within the country in which the purchase was made.
