RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days, with the exception of sale/clearance items. Sale items can only be exchanged, and are not refundable.
There are 2 ways you can exchange or refund your Online purchase:
Please ensure you lodge your return through the Naturalizer website. Click here to initiate your return.
For postal returns, you are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend registered post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. If a non-registered parcel is lost, our Customer Service team will have limited compensation options.
When requesting an exchange from the Online store, we will post your new items without charging for a second delivery. If your requested item is not available when your return is received, we will process a refund for you instead. Please note that you can only exchange the item(s) to different size.
Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 3 business days of us receiving your parcel. Please allow some additional time during high-volume periods.
Refund and Exchange values are subject to re-calculation if you purchased multiple items within a special promotion or VIP reward, and later return one of them. This voids the promotion as the Ts+Cs are no longer met.
Naturalizer Australia’s online store is unable to accept returns for purchases made at a Naturalizer retail store, or at another stockist such as Myer or David Jones. International Naturalizer purchases must be returned to the country in which the purchase was made.
As proof of purchase, please show the store staff your packing slip, or your email receipt.
*Important Note: Online Afterpay orders can only be refunded by posting your item(s) back to the Online store. If returning to a Naturalizer store, Afterpay orders can be exchanged for another item, or a Naturalizer Gift Card (valid for 3 years).
All returned items must be in unworn and original condition. All packaging and labels must be attached.
Postage charges on returns are not refundable, with the exception of faulty items.
RETURNS POLICY FOR STORE PURCHASES
Naturalizer is happy to refund, exchange, or issue a credit note on goods returned in original condition, and on presentation of a store receipt within 7 days.
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging
- Items must be purchased in Australia
Sale and sample items are final, and cannot be returned unless faulty, not fit for purpose or differ from the description.
If the Naturalizer product is faulty, not fit for purpose or differs from the description, the item will be accepted within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to repair where applicable, within a reasonable time.
GIFT CARD PURCHASES
Online or instore purchases made using a Gift Card can only be returned for an exchange, or Novo Gift Card or e-voucher (valid for 3 years).
