Once I place my order, when will it ship?
We strive to dispatch orders within one business day from order placement (times may vary during promotional periods).
All orders dispatched from our Australian warehouse.
Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major holidays.
Complimentary Shipping
We currently offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $200. This is automatically applied at checkout once you have reached the $200 threshold. Additional charges for express shipping apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to New Zealand.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes we do! There will be an additional $8 flat rate surcharge if wanting to add express.
Disclaimer: Please allow one business day for order processing. No orders will be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

- Standard Registered Post: $8.95 Flat Rate
- Express Post: Price is determined based on your location
- Queensland: Metro - up to 2 business days. Country - up to 5 business days
- Interstate: Metro - up to 3-6 business days. Country - up to 14 days
- New Zealand: $15 Flat Rate

Be Aware of Scams
Unfortunately for our brand scam websites are an issue that has been ongoing for a little while now, where external businesses are duplicating our websites and scamming customers. Scamwatch Australia has said there is nothing we can do as the brand owners, which is upsetting for us.
Our only website is naturalizer.com.au and we recommend only purchasing from our site directly or from one of our authorized external sellers.
If you do fall victim to one of these scam websites, our only advice is to contact the team this link scamwatch.gov.au and report this website as a fraud/scam.
